Additional info2016 European Pink Floyd label/Parlophone distribution 5-track LP - British psychedelic/progressive rock bands superb, inner space exploring and monumental landmark release - revered one of the greatest rock albums of all time.

Pink Floyd's Roger Waters has said that "'The Dark Side Of The Moon' was an expression of political, philosophical, humanitarian empathy that was desperate to get out,"* - originally developed and rehearsed during a series of live performances in the months preceding the release - labelled an "the ultimate expression of Pink Floyd's sonic artistry - an Olympian psychedelic concept album that, despite being very much of its time, still retains the ability to dazzle and astound in the digital age."*

The album is remastered by long time Pink Floyd producers and engineers, James Guthrie and Joel Plante - along with legendary mastering engineer Bernie Grundman.
Vinyl is manufactured on heavyweight - 180 g - vinyl by the German Optimal Media pressing facility. Vinyl has same basic label design as the original 1973 issue - black labels with outline, light blue prism motif and otherwise silver printing.
Vinyl is accompanied by the blue pyramid and six-pane group shot poster - both in landscape style ? as well as the two sticker inserts that came with the original release.
Vinyl is held in a jet black, polylined inner sleeve - ultimately in a gatefold picture cover featuring Hipgnosis' Storm Thorgerson classic triangle, spectral colour artwork.
